SHORT-TERM EDUCATION

Objectives: to prepare specialists for the construction, maintenance, service of civil, industrial, agricultural buildings, rehabilitation of buildings, management in constructions and building services, site organization; road and bridge work, maintenance and rehabilitation of bridges; building services, maintenance and rehabilitation of building equipment.

Structure of the studies : The short-term studies last for 6 semesters (3 years) and comprise the following activities: attendance of lectures and participation in the supporting activities (tutorials, laboratory classes, projects); each semester is concluded by a set of assessment tests, colloquia and examinations; preparation of the graduation examinations and graduation thesis and project. The graduates are granted Short-Term Engineer Diploma and the title of Conductor Engineer after passing the graduation examinations and successfully defending the graduation thesis.

Con tinuation of studies : The graduates of short-term education studies may continue their education by attending the long-term education studies, according to the „Students' Professional Activity Regulations” of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
