Objectives : The Faculty of Electrical engineering in Cluj-Napoca trains specialists capable to design, exploit and improve electrotechnical systems with applications in the most diversified industrial or everyday life domains.

The entrance examination consisted of a grid test that represented 80% from the entrance exam's average mark. The subjects of the test were: Algaebra, Elements of Mathematical Analysis, Plan Analitical Geometry. The average mark of the highschool graduation exam represented 20% from the entrance exam's average mark.
