The International Relations Office (IR-Office) of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca is responsible for the strategy, planning and coordination of the international relations. It is the main information service for foreign students and other foreign guests, who want to study, work or visit the University.
IR-Office delivers information on the bilateral agreements between the TUCN and its partner universities and on various international programmes (Socrates/Erasmus, Tempus, Leonardo da Vinci, CEEPUS, etc.) IR-Office supports the incoming students and outgoing students who are to study in the partner universities. It manages the outgoing procedures for the students’ mobility through different programmes.
The IR-Office gives managerial and administrative support to the faculties in promoting their international policy and programmes. The IR-Office informs the academic staff on the specific international activities within the European Union area and all over the world.
