Participants wishing to enroll in one or a maximum of two courses at the international school, must fill in the following
The filled form will be sent to the e-mail address Summer.School@staff.utcluj.ro .
Students can enroll in two courses within the event, only if each course takes place for one week.

After the application was confirmed, the accepted students will receive information by e-mail, regarding the payment for the course registration. Upon receipt and processing of payments, students will be officially enrolled in the course and a letter of admission will be sent by e-mail. Participants are encouraged to apply in advance to secure a place in the desired course.
The payment of the course registration fee can also be paid through a research project or scholarship that finances participation in these types of events.
* Participation in the international school can be equated with the practice related to the bachelor's years, respectively to the research activity related to the master's years.
