Selection process

 
 
  • Upon receipt of the application, the lecturer will receive a notification e-mail from UTCN.
  • All applications will be reviewed by a committee, which will evaluate the suitability of the course with potential students, as well as the demand among them. The committee will be composed of the Vice-Rector for International Relations, the program coordinator, Erasmus+ representative, BRI representative, students’ representatives, experts from the university's fields of study.

The criteria to be considered is:

  • The suitability of the subject for a course
  • Coherence of the program
  • Proof of the instructor's competence
  • Intelligence, creativity, and teaching ability
  • The pre-selected courses will be announced on September 27th, 2021.
  • The applicants will be informed by e-mail if their proposals have been pre-selected. TUCN will publish the list of pre-selected courses on the event page and on the website www.utcluj.ro and will open the student registration period.
  • A first information e-mail regarding the number of enrolled students will be sent on November 8th, to lecturers whose courses were accepted.
  • As soon as a minimum number of 5 students are enrolled in each course and until November 29th the latest, the invited lecturers will be informed about the final selection of the courses to be organized.
  • Late enrollment of students is possible when required.
